Solution

The client contracted Philip Hare to establish and then grow the business in the APAC region, which included identifying and establishing an APAC partner channel, training partners in the use of its software and managing the channel to build sustainable revenue and profit streams.

Results

The business was successfully established in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia using knowledge of, and contacts in, the key software reseller and OEM partner communities. The business now operates from a base in Sydney, Australia, with its own staff and is a key contributor of new revenue and profit streams to the UK based client.
